Mariam Alajmi
Overview
Mariam is a recent MSc graduate from the University of Sheffield specialising in Genomic Medicine. With an interest in clinical genetics and rare inherited diseases (specifically musculoskeletal disorders and motor neuron disease), she has completed research projects utilising numerous research methods including analysing large data sets with R programming language and in depth literature reviews. She is currently working in a diagnostic genetics lab.

- BSc Biomedicine (2020)University of East Anglia. Completed a project focusing on the effects of α5-integrin knockouts in muscular dystrophy mouse models using various research techniques.
